Programmer with mechanical flair 80 - 100%
As an independent programmer, you will be responsible for the entire software and hardware part of a project from A to Z. You will accompany the project in all important phases such as concept phase, designing the control system, wiring and tubing of the machine, purchase of components and services, as well as programming and commissioning. The main focus is on programming and commissioning in close cooperation with the designers and commissioning engineers. Writing operating manuals also falls within your scope of responsibilities.
You are capable of self-development, creative and work accurately and precisely. You find your way around well and without stress in a working environment where many projects run in parallel and unconventional solutions are required. You see open questions as a challenge. With your customer-oriented way of thinking and working, you directly influence the positive and sustainable development of the company. Structured work, the application of proven procedures and the careful maintenance of programmes and documentation are self-evident to you. Good knowledge of German and French are further important skills that you bring with you.
Ideally, you already have several years of programming experience in automation and special machine construction (preferably with BECKHOFF TwinCAT 3 (IEC 61131)). You also the principals of how to program user interfaces. Experience in vision, robot and/or object-oriented programming is an advantage. Preferably you have completed an apprenticeship as an automation or electronics technician (or comparable). Furthermore, you have a further education in HF/FH Automation / Electrical Engineering / Systems Engineering or BSc/MSc ETH/University (or comparable) in the field of electrical engineering, computer science or mechanical engineering and a flair for mechanics.
