Micromechanics
Thanks to many years of experience in micromechanical design and manufacturing, we also carry out the most complex tasks: In our in-house production, we produce high-precision individual parts in a short period of time, which are assembled into ultra-compact and often highly complex assemblies.
- Gripper
- Workpiece carrier
- Flexible structures
- Vacuum technology
- 3D printing
GUI graphical user interface
Our modular GUI makes it easy to operate even a complicated machine.
The database-based structure allows us to efficiently display and process large amounts of data.
- Recipe management
- LDAP user login
- Audit Trail
- Performance parameters
- Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance
- Sending logs and reports via email
- OPC-UA server connection to customer networks

Feeds
“Flexfeeders” are systems that automatically feed parts in a correctly oriented manner. They are particularly useful in assembly and packaging as they increase efficiency and reduce human error.

Image processing
We work with cutting-edge software libraries and draw on over 20 years of experience in image processing. Our specialists design specific camera optics and lighting in accordance with customer requirements or use cost-effective camera cameras. In our well-equipped vision laboratory, we show you what is feasible and illuminate your task in the right light.
- High speed vision
- Absolute measurement
- Surface inspection
- Object recognition
- Bin Picking
- OCR
- Deep learning algorithms

On-the-Fly
“On-the-fly-processes" are processing steps that take place on the moving part. They are used in particular for high-volume high-speed machines with ultra-short cycle times. Typical examples are
- Camera inspections of moving parts
- Cam-controlled turret and continuous-flow mechanisms
More technologies
We are on the cutting edge of research and development, but only integrate technologies that are really suitable for industrial use. Key technologies here include
- On-the-fly processes for ultra-short process times
- Machine learning, e.g. for predictive maintenance applications
- Deep learning algorithms, e.g. for special image processing analyses
- Bin picking: parts separation directly from bulk material
