With a simple and efficient drawer system, your standard third-party laser marking cell becomes a production plant with high autonomy. Thanks to sophisticated image processing software, flat parts on the individual drawers can be precisely located and thus labelled perfectly and repeatably. With the DS-7, you get an unexpectedly high level of autonomy for a small investment.

Based on a basic concept with a compact machine frame and Cartesian robot, smaller tasks can be automated relatively quickly, easily and cost-effectively. This machine concept is often used for pressing or riving tasks. However, laser or resistance welding processes can also be integrated.

The RCA-7 is a standard laser marking cell from a third-party manufacturer, into which we integrate a full-fledged robotic loader with drawer magazine. Thanks to a highly compact gripper system, up to five rotationally symmetrical parts around their circumference can be marked almost simultaneously.

Our transport arms enable precise and fast transportation of very small parts. The transport arm itself is fixed on a high-precision anti-collision system, which can engage every 90°. This makes it easier to set up the machine and increases safety, both for people and for the machine. The arm can rotate 360°. Two arms can also be mounted, which makes it possible to transport different parts virtually simultaneously.

Our linear axes offer high rigidity and precision, even in a small space. It is a stable aluminum construction with a cross-section of 60x50 mm. Reliable and rigid SCHNEEBERGER crossed roller guides are used as guides. The 90 mm stroke is operated via a backlash-free ball screw drive with a pitch of either 2 or 4 mm. Various motors can be fitted, but Maxon-EC40 or Faulhaber 3565 are frequently used.
